If your computer or Internet does not work, please check that the all the cables into the CPU and monitor are connected and secure; then check that the Internet LAN cable is connected to your computer and that you see blinking lights in the back -- this means you have a network signal.  Have you tried re-starting your computer?  If none of these trouble-shooting tips seem to resolve your issue, please compete a Technology/Computer work request ticket.
